Women empowerment

Women empowerment

The topic of “Women Empowerment” is a burning issue all over the world. “Women empowerment” and “women equality with men” is a universal talk these days. Women Empowerment refers to the creation of an environment for women, where they can make decisions of their own, for their personal benefits as well as for the society. Women Empowerment refers to increasing and improving the social, economic, political and legal strength of the women, to ensure equal-right to women and to make them confident enough to claim their rights.

We believe that instead of teaching women to be better than men, it is important to help women connect to themselves and find their own strength. The issue of gender equality is not to put the other down, but to raise one to the same and equal level. When both segments work in parity, there lies growth to the nation. At SaSha we teach women to raise from self-pity and outdated thoughts and bring about a change in themselves thus impacting a country as a whole. We teach respect and rights, so the power of being a so-called weak gender is over rid of new beliefs and enthusiasm. Our goal is to encourage females to make a credible mark in society without highlighting the gender status. When women believe they are equal to men, then there will be no comparison. There will be only goals and achievements.

Through Women Empowerment, it can be possible to change the male dominating rules of a traditionally rich country into an equal and richer economy. Encouraging women does not mean demeaning traditions, but it means keeping the intent of traditions intact and more meaningfully vibrant. Empowering women may easily help to grow each and every member of the family without any extra effort. A woman is considered to be responsible for the emotions in the family, while the man for the finances. However, changing this and making both responsible for both ends will make a more complete and balanced family.
