Perception Management

Perception Management

What people think of you!!! is perception. Some really like you and some completely dislike you and you don’t even have a clue why. Some say women should have liberties, some say they should only be seen in the kitchen. Some say the internet is a blessing and some others say it is a curse. Different people, different thought processes, different upbringing and so different perceptions of the very same concept. How do people perceive me? Should be the question you ask yourself, if you are looking for market credits. Do they see you as a kind and honest person or someone who is deceitful and mean? How would you know? By being observant of the comments and feedbacks, you get from those who are close to you.

Being observant begins with being interested in yourself in the first place. Then you will know, how people see you and when you have that information, you can work towards building it up or toning it down. Unless you are moving to the forest to settle with other spices of the animal world, it is important to know what people think of you. Creating the needed changes in your personality of course, is a matter of your choice. Let me give you an example. If people think of me as rude or insensitive, it is basis some experience they may have had with me. What can you do then? You simply be kind to more people around, so that feedback starts working its way to kill the negative one. However, if you genuinely are rude, then you really need to take an attitude check and get your ego on track.

At SaSha Training Solutions, we help you evaluate your image for yourself. We then help you sharpen your skills and understand the power of perception and how you can manage different people and adapt to different styles to keep everyone satisfied and in turn, you gain enough and more credit that you could then utilize professionally or personally depends on what is important to you. Perception Management does not mean, changing someone else’s thought process, but to change something in our own behavior or style so the wrong perspective can be turned around into a positive one. The fact still remains, that not everyone will have a good perspective of you, but as far as possible it is important to live a life in which you create more positive repels that negative one. Besides all of the other above starts with you first. What do you perceive of another person?
